Grades Open for Enrolment
Gardner Academy is currently enrolling only for the grade levels listed here.
Important placement note
Spaces are first reserved for current students. This means space for new enrolments outside KG3 is extremely limited. Spaces are secured only after payment is received. Even with tentative acceptance, a space is not secured until the N$500 registration fee has been paid.
KG3
The child must be turning 3 in 2027 and must be potty trained.
1 classroom with 14 spaces available.
KG4
The year the child turns 4.
2 classrooms with 14 spaces per classroom.
KG5
The year the child turns 5.
2 classrooms with 18 spaces per classroom.
Grade 0
The year the student turns 6.
2 classrooms with approximately 21-22 spaces per classroom.
Grade 1
The year the student turns 7.
2 classrooms with up to 24 students per classroom.
Process
Application Timeline
Families begin with the online application. If space is available, the school will request documents and invite the family to an Open Day before tentative acceptance.
Open Days
After families submit the online application, the school will invite them to upcoming Open Days as part of the application process.

- 3The family will be invited to attend an Open Day.
- 4Tentative acceptance is offered with a 7-day hold on the space.
- 5Pay the N$500 registration fee.
- 6Pay the January school fee and Term 1 supplies fee by 15 December 2026.

A 5% discount applies to annual tuition only when the full annual tuition is paid on the January invoice, due by 15 December 2026.
