My Culture, My Pride: Grade 2 and 3 IPC Entry Point

Charity Pahla
The Grade 2 and 3 learners at Gardner Academy recently celebrated their IPC entry point themed "Who Am I?". The event, held at school, was a colourful and exciting day filled with culture and pride. Learners dressed in beautiful traditional attire representing different Namibian cultural groups. They confidently did presentations about their heritage and shared what makes their culture special. The theme, "My Culture, My Pride", truly came alive as learners also brought traditional foods such as omaere, mopane worms, mutete and other delicious delicacies to showcase their tribes. It was a wonderful celebration of Namibia's rich diversity and unity.
